The County Board of Elections will meet on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 7:00am prevailing time at the Venango County Courthouse Annex, Room 100, 1174 Elk Street Franklin, PA to begin pre-canvassing absentee ballots and mail in ballots cast in the November 3 General Election.
