Minor children, adults, and older adults who are experiencing mental health or development difficulties that prevent them from appropriately managing their financial resources should be appointed a payee to assist them with their financial management.

Residential treatment facilities offer focused care in a congregate living setting with supervisions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
