Mental health outpatient treatment includes individual, group, or family counseling with a therapist who works on an identified mental health concern. Mental health concerns can be depression, anxiety, self-esteem and many others.
A counselor will help identify concerns and develop with you a plan to manage your symptoms and work towards recovery.

Time is varied upon the needs of the person or family for this office-based program.
